in mobility and elevators in buildings with some dietary habits that 
have made  dangerous obesity spread between all among age Categories and made the vast majority dream with something called rapid slimming or lose weight .there are several ways for lose weight to access the ideal body that dream and those ways are : 


1-lose weight with drinking water:

3-adequate sleep is important for weight loss:

that adequate sleep leads to lose weight 7 kg throughout the year.

4-take care to the morning breakfast :

It is very necessary to focus on eating the morning breakfast and not neglect it,the Regularity of eating the morning breakfast is a good way to lose weight.Studies have shown that people who leave the breakfast tend to feel hungry throughout the day and add protein to their meals because it makes them feel satiety 
and fullness periods longer than fat and carbohydrates and maintains muscle mass in our bodies and stimulates fat burning.
