Scientists found that eating chocolate in the middle of the work day when a person feel laziness and lethargy can help restore energy and focus to the body.

and they found that eating any type of chocolate does not give the desired result, but must choose dark chocolate because it works perfectly as an alarm such as coffee and improves brain activity to increase attention and concentration, according to the new study.

The scientists studied in the department of psychological sciences at the University of Northern Arizona affected of brain activity and blood pressure in eating dark chocolate contains cocoa by 60%.

they put group of people for testing , they ate dark chocolate contains a non-sedative substances and drank water with sugar.

The scientists found that those who ate dark chocolate have increased attention and focus and increased the proportion of their blood pressure for a short period.
