2) start not hard and work toward a goal of thirtt to ninety minutes of moderate intensity activity most days of the week.

 

3) recompense yourself for achiving your goals. Some examples are:

  •  Enjoy a long hot bath  
  •  Buy new sports tools 
  •  you must practice some hobby you like  
  •  Ask your spouse to take children for an hour
  •  Visit a relatives
  •  Buy yourself some plants or a flowers

4) Find activities you entertain and spread physical activity throughout the day.
5) Wear relaxing and supportive shoes for walking. Leave your sneakers near the door to remind yourself to walk.
6) If the weather is bad, have a backup plan. For example, take a walk in the shopping mall.
