This diet is primarily based on reducing calories entering to the body and eating foods who are not rich with fat in the same time give body a large part of necessary nutrients. So I prefer not  follow this diet on a permanent basis ,because it loses a lot of body fluids what causes negative effects to the health but it 's very effective at events.


program of fast diet in just 3 days : 

the first day : 

  • before breakfast drink one cup of water 

  • Breakfast: steak of toast or brown bread + piece of cottage cheese without salt+ a cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar .

  • lunch : steak of toast + a can of tuna without oil , Allowed to drink a cup of coffee without sugar.

  • Dinner: breast of chicken grilled or boiled + fruit, apple or 3 big spoons of green beans.



the second day : 


  • Breakfast: a steak of brown bread + boiled egg + fruit, banana + cup of tea or a cup of coffee.

  • Lunch: Tuna or without oil +250 g of cottage cheese without salt + a cup of tea or coffee .

  • dinner : steak from rooster meat or steak of chicken breast grilled or boiled + cabbage or broccoli + carrots + cup of yogurt.


the third day :


  • Breakfast: a steak of toast  + piece cottage cheese without salt + a cup of tea or a cup of coffee + apple for sweetness separates between it and the tea half an hour.

  • Lunch: steak of toast or brown bread + boiled egg + cup green tea or a cup of coffee.

  • Dinner: half  can of tuna  + carrots slices + cup fresh orange juice naturally without sugar.

if you w'll follow this diet plan you can lose 8 pounds in just three days but i advice you to apply this diet plan only in events like private party or job interview and you want to appear in good look.
